Adora: meet Alice, the AI brain connecting knowledge to strategy

We worked with Adora's team to build Alice — an AI brain that brings together business knowledge, commercial priorities and competitive insight, giving management its first ever consolidated view of the strategy behind its next website.

Alice at the centre

Discovery feeds Alice's governed knowledge base, then a live strategy view, human-led website development and engagement. The approved content feed and the feedback of engagement insights back to Alice are both wired.
Simplified from the supplied system map. Every connection is shown as built and wired.

Team discovery is ingested into Alice: governed records, sources, confidence, conflicts, claim approval and Ask Alice. Alice derives a live management strategy view. People confirm and shape the strategy into website content; the CMS and calculator are reported live. Approved content flows from Alice to the website, engagement adapters are wired, and engagement insights feed back to Alice as new discovery.

01 / Discovery

Discovery across the business

We brought together team expertise, sales conversations, existing documents and market research. Discovery helped clarify priority audiences, sharpen propositions and expose questions that needed a commercial decision.

02 / Knowledge base

A living, connected knowledge base

Alice connects customers, propositions, competitors, channels and supporting evidence. Sources and confidence remain visible, while conflicting information becomes a question to resolve. An internal AI assistant helps the team explore that knowledge through questions and source-backed answers.

03 / Strategy view

One view for management

Alice brings audience priorities, propositions, proof, channels and competitive context into a single strategy view. Management can review the emerging picture, challenge assumptions and see where further evidence is needed.

04 / Ask Alice

Exploring the knowledge

Team members across commercial, content, operations and brand can ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in the connected knowledge — with the sources shown.

05 / Engagement

From intelligence to engagement

That shared intelligence informs what the website should communicate, to whom and why. Approved content and enquiry insights are now connected into the system, helping the team refine customer journeys as it learns.

The foundation is Alice: collective business knowledge made connected, accessible and useful for commercial decisions.
